Servers/Bartenders

Our Philosophy on service is simple, provide the guest with the best service at all times. Planning an event is stressful. Our servers and bartenders go beyond their expectations to make you feel like a guest at your own party. With our servers/bartenders you will be able to relax and enjoy your event.
Our servers are professionals at providing efficient and exceptional service, while making cleanup/breakdown as smooth as possible. Our servers/bartenders have years of experience, working at some of the top restaurants on Long Island. No matter the event, see why our servers/bartenders are the best for the job.
Servers
Our Wait Staff are booked hourly. Most events need staffing for at least 4 hours, however we can accommodate shorter and longer time periods. Staff can come early to setup and stay late to cleanup.
During the event, Servers will take care of preparing, serving and cleaning, making sure garbage is emptied, and tables are clean and maintained. Before the wait staff leave, they perform a thorough clean up to make the area look better than before the party even started.
Staff attire usually consists of a black button down shirts and black dress pants. If there is dress code you would like our servers to follow, we have no problem fulfilling your requests.
Bartenders
Bartenders will usually arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the event. If there is a lot of set up required please make sure we are notified so enough time is given. Bartenders bring their own equipment including, wine keys, bottle openers and a shaker set.
We can offer a custom drink menu for your event! By providing guests with a set menu of cocktails, you can limit the amounts and types of alcohols you need to purchase. All cocktails will be displayed in a frame so guests can see.
