Our Story

     Big Party Guys was created because we know what its like to throw a party. Its stressful, expensive, and often times, you don't even end up enjoying your own event. After throwing our own parties and events, we grew frustrated with the high prices and lack of personalized customer service from other rental companies. We knew there had to be a better way to offer quality event rentals without breaking the bank or compromising on service. Our goal is simple: to provide affordable, reliable rentals with a focus on exceptional customer care. We want to make every event special and stress-free for our clients, offering them the attention and value they deserve.

     Although our company is not even 5 years old, we like to think our company delivers the best results. With competitive pricing, we can say confidently that you cannot get affordable rentals with the level of  customer service that we provide from other companies. 

     We have been on Long Island our whole lives. We absolutely love our community and are committed to giving back in every way we can. Whether it's through supporting local events, providing resources, or volunteering our time, we’re always looking for ways to make a positive impact. About Us

     Here at Big Party Guys it is our mission to make your event  stress free and memorable. We offer multiple event rentals making us a one stop shop for your next event.

     Big Party Guys is Long Island made. Some of out staff have been residents of Long Island for 60+ years. Having been born on the South Shore, we hold a special place in our hearts for our community, and want to give back as much as we possibly can. 

     Our team is made up of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service for every event. Each member undergoes comprehensive training in event logistics, customer service, and equipment handling. Our team brings a wealth of experience from the restaurant industry, which has equipped us with top-notch service skills and a keen attention to detail. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and efficiency, and our background in hospitality ensures that we approach every event with professionalism, courtesy, and a focus on creating a smooth experience for our clients. Our team includes members who are trained first responders, which gives us a unique perspective and commitment to protecting the well-being of others. We not only prioritize the safety of every event we handle, but we also have a deep sense of responsibility to our community. We’re passionate about looking out for fellow first responders and giving back to the community that supports us.

     Safety is our top priority. We understand that a successful event depends not only on great service and quality products but also on a secure and safe environment. Our staff is fully trained in safety protocols for both equipment handling and event setups. We take extra care in ensuring that all rentals are inspected and properly maintained, and we adhere to the highest safety standards throughout the event. Whether it's setting up tents, arranging furniture, or managing electrical equipment, we’re committed to creating a safe, hassle-free experience for every event.

 

The Process

      The first step is reaching out to us. Our team is highly knowledgeable and trained to know what you will need and might want for your next event. Throughout the booking process, our staff will answer any questions you may have. If you decide to go forward with us, we will send you a rental agreement via email, and continue to stay in contact with you until the start of your event. On the day of the event, we will call you earlier that day to confirm everything. If you need anything additional from us or if we can provide any extra assistance please let us know, as we would love to help. When delivering and picking up, all of our drivers will call you within the hour to update you of our arrival.
